Madiha Latif

Serving as the Chief of Staff for SA MENA region, Madiha began her journey with Pathfinder beginning 2019, when she joined the country office as Program Manager Beyond Bias. Since her time at Pathfinder, Madiha has led program diversification, playing a key role in business development, program management, and supporting organizational development. With over 8 years of experience, Madiha has led projects that look at intersectional issues of sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender. She has contributed to women’s rights legislation, worked with the Sindh Commission on the Status of Women’s and collaborated with Women’s Action Forum, Dastageer, and Aurat Foundation in assisting acid survivors to access justice. For this work, she was awarded the Gender Ambassador Award in 2016 by The Asia Foundation. Additionally, Latif has been nominated for the 120 under 40 Next Generation Leaders in Family Planning for her advocacy and research in FP practices in Pakistan.
