Ayesha Amin is an award winning social entrepreneur and a gender justice activist with over ten years of experience of working with national and international organizations and forums in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Menstrual Health, and Gender Based Violence. She is the Founder of ‘Baithak - Challenging Taboos’ that works for women’s access to their sexual and reproductive health and rights in rural Pakistan. Baithak uses innovative ways to educate young girls and women on reproductive health. Through its various projects, Baithak has impacted over 200,000 girls and women and trained over 500 young community activists and Lady Health Workers across Pakistan. Baithak’s recent initiative is Gul which is an Artificial Intelligence powered voice assistant in local languages to educate young men and women on reproductive health.
