Aqsa Tariq is the Deputy CEO at NCC-RP Group, where she has served as Editorial Head for the Smart Pakistan Insights Network/IDG Wakhan brands, completing 12 years at the company. Under her work sphere is not only engineering local content care for international brands such as CW, CIO, DEMO but also a focus on the trajectory for upcoming new media engines in other subject areas. In 2022, Aqsa Tariq founded GrowElle Labs, a social enterprise startup focusing on showcasing and building communities working with women in STEAM. The startup graduated from the National Incubation Center Karachi in 2022, having won the inaugural Built By Her grant by U.S. Consulate Karachi & Asia Foundation. as well as having secured two other grant projects by the Arts Council of Pakistan, and Lincoln Corners Pakistan & PACC where the team has just recently concluded a project CraftPreneurship in Hyderabad. The enterprise seeks to highlight Pakistani women working in STEAM around the world and in Pakistan, while also providing skills based training to females in marginalized communities.
