Jazeera for Witness. “Vote for X” that follows the election journey of transgender candidate Nayyab Ali in the 2018 general election screened at film festivals internationally. Her documentary “Qandeel" on social media star Qandeel Baloch was released by Guardian documentaries. It has over two million views and won the Leslie J Sacks Grand Prize Award. She also produced an episode for the Emmy Nominated Vice series WOMAN with Gloria Steinem. Tazeen is co founder of the Documentary Association of Pakistan.

Defying The Storm” chronicles the immense contribution, decades long struggle and unionization of Lady Health Workers in Pakistan. Through exploring the role of Lady Health Workers during floods and disasters the documentary also explores the crucial yet often ignored link between climate change and labour rights.
