Muzhira Amin is a multimedia journalist with six years of experience covering climate change, human rights, and animal welfare. She is currently with DAWN, where she specialises in long-form, in-depth reporting that combines fieldwork, data, and visual storytelling to examine structural and social injustices. She is also a fact-checker at iVerify Pakistan, a UNDP-supported fact-checking initiative, where she works on identifying and debunking mis- and disinformation, with a focus on coordinated online campaigns, manipulated visuals, and the growing impact of AI-generated content on public discourse.
