Haya Emaan Zahid is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Legal Aid Society (LAS), a non‑profit organization dedicated to legal empowerment and ensuring access to justice in Pakistan. With over a decade of experience as a legal‑empowerment professional, she has focused particularly on prison justice, providing legal aid and advocacy for underprivileged and incarcerated individuals. In addition to her work at LAS, she has served in several important public‑service roles, including as a legal expert nominated by the Government of Sindh to the Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners, a body committed to providing legal support and welfare services to prisoners across the province.
