Sara Nisar (Ag-Acumen/WEDU)

Sara Nisar combines design expertise and leadership development to create meaningful social impact. With over a decade of experience, she has collaborated with mission-driven organizations to amplify grassroots voices, catalyze systemic change, and empower social innovators globally. Sara leads Impact Programmes at Wedu, designing and delivering leadership development initiatives for women across South and Southeast Asia. Previously, she led Acumen Academy Pakistan, revitalizing its Fellows Programme, launching sector-specific accelerators, and supporting a community of over 1600 social innovators globally. Sara’s systems-focused work bridges leadership, education, and culture, underpinned by her expertise in entrepreneurship, community engagement, and transformative learning design. She has curated impactful initiatives such as the Women of the World Festivals, integrating arts and culture with gender discourse to drive inclusive narratives.
