Rafat Yasmin

Rafat Yasmin works with Aawaz II programme of British Council as Advisor Gender and Social Inclusion. She holds a diversified experience of working with the national and international organisations on different issues, such as democratic governance, gender, social inclusion, community engagement and electoral reforms.

She has steered the discourse of social inclusion and youth engagement at different platforms in Pakistan and abroad. She has wide-ranging experience with regard to human rights, policy advocacy, youth engagement and has also been part of legislative reforms process on women and transgender persons rights, civic engagement and democratic processes.
