Nazia Ahmed, the Director of ICON Organization, has achieved remarkable success at a young age. Her passion for creating positive change in Balochistan is evident through her organization’s numerous initiatives. She is instrumental in providing scholarships to the youth of Balochistan through Google Career Programs, enabling them to pursue higher education and unlock their full potential which has not only empowered the youth but has also contributed to the overall development of the region. In addition to her work with the youth, she has also focused on creating a safe space for women in Balochistan. Despite the harsh conditions and challenges, she has tirelessly worked to break barriers and provide opportunities for women to thrive.
