As a screenwriter Farjad Nabi has co-written the web series Qatil Haseenaon ke Naam (2022) that won the Best Anthology at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2022. He is the co-director and co-writer of the Pakistani feature film Zinda Bhaag (Run for your Life, 2013). The film was Pakistan’s first entry for Academy Awards consideration in 50 years.

His plays Annhi Chunni di Tikki and Jeebho Jani di Kahani have been performed for the stage. Ajnabi Sheher ki Achanak Kahanian is his upcoming venture in which he has incorporated memoir writing techniques with theatre.
