Farah Moqaddus

Farah Moqaddus is a feminist activist and gender expert with a strong focus on human rights, particularly for women and minorities rights. Since 2019, she has been a valuable member of the program team at Shirkat Gah, where she concentrates on gender-based violence (GBV) and women's political participation. With a wealth of experience in the development and social sectors, Farah advocates for using innovative and creative methods for fieldwork and community engagement to amplify the voices of grassroots women. Her work includes efforts to end child marriage and collaborations with parliamentarians and relevant government departments.

    Humqadam A Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Response Services application. Humqadam is a result of a collective effort for designing an application that can help Women Human Rights Defenders (and the general public) of Pakistan to respond to cases of gender-based violence. The app provides quick access to referral services, relevant laws and a navigation guide for dealing with specific issues of violence.
