Bee Gul

An industry icon Bee Gul is a Pakistani screenwriter. With a flair for dialogue and plot lines that talk of difficult social situations Bee Gul made a name for herself with the very first script she wrote for a telefilm. She has won numerous awards. Her most memorable work on television is Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila and Raqeeb Se. She has also penned-down Jashn ka Din hai, Talkhiyan and Pehchan that became landmarks. With a special interest in Urdu and Persian her plays also have local languages. She writes women-centric plays that throw light upon social issues.
